The third book from my bookshelf that I’d like to recommend to you is Feel the fear and do it anyway by Susan Jeffers
Whatever it is you are afraid of; be it public speaking, decision making, driving, interviews, asserting yourself, this book provides you with the tools and techniques to help you cope with any situation so that you can turn inaction into action and start living your life the way you want to.
This is another book that everyone can learn from because everyone is afraid of something but it is being able to rise up and face that fear that sets us apart. The interesting thing about this book is that rather than telling you to get rid of your fears it says it’s ok to be afraid so long as you don’t let that fear stop you from doing the things you really want to.
The book is packed with examples to illustrate the concepts as well as exercises for you to do. I found it thought-provoking and informative.
