In a recent blog, I told you that I was going to let you into the secret of the 3 things I believe help to determine whether or not you feel confident. These 3 things are:
* What you are focusing on
* The way you are moving and using your body
* The language you are using
and as I said, you are in control of all three!
Today I want to look at what you are focusing on.
It is very important that you are aware of what you are focusing on in every situation.
Are you thinking negative and lethargic thoughts?
Are you thinking that you lack confidence or that you might fail?
And if so, do you feel low in energy?
The secret here is that if you can change what you are thinking about, you will change your attitude and confidence.
And who is the only person who can change what you are thinking about? Yes, YOU. So the first step to increasing your self confidence is to start thinking more positively. Be aware of that little voice of self doubt inside your head and when it starts try to ignore it – in secret no.3 I will share some ways to silence that negative voice.
Remember, you get what you focus on so make it positive!
